I have had this issue before and my fix was calling the ISP and having them look into it. What happened when my "DNS was not found" was I was changing my SSID and Password and this was not appreciated by my ISP. Give this a try as maybe the change that your IT guy did threw a red flag to your modem(assuming you are using one).
