if its not the PC or games , then it has to be something from the cable you plug into the computer back to the ISP
so thats the process of analysis / fault finding , i'm trying to go through
so if its not the ISP , not the cable or modem
and its not the PC or the game that only leaves the cable between the PC and modem
do you see where and why i'm going with this line of questions
