Hi,
I am sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum, but I took a guess!
I have recently bought the LG 42LA6608 Smart TV. I have been flicking through a horrendous amount of web pages attempting to find a way to stream my PC screen and Audio to this TV. Apart from the obvious VGA and Audio cable, or HDMI cable, it appears that there are only two possibilities left; Miracast or WiDi (Intel Wireless Display).
My main question; if my TV is Miracast enabled and is wireless, then this should act as the receiver and thus I should not need a dongle(?) so how do I get my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit PC to be the sender? Is there software for this(?) is it this simple(?)
I look forward to any response.
Thanks
