first, you should count how many computers are required to be on each floor, this is what the assignment says. then determine the highest amount. take that as the division for the subnets, then use a subnet calculator to determine how many subnets you can gt out of just the last octet. it would be 255.255.255.x. x can be anywhere from 0 giving you 255 computers or 254, giving you 1. i may have this wrong, it's been a while since i had to calculate, but that should point you in the right direction. i would much rather point you in the right direction than do the work for you.
