So I have to register online for student housing in a foreign city (so kinda important...considering I need a place to live and all), but the domain they redirected me to for online application just simply won't load. It worked fine for a friend (who logged in through her own account); I also called the office and they just seemed really baffled and said I *should* be able to go on their website. So I'm guessing there might be a problem with my router/ISP/firewall/etc.???

And I clicked on one of the links to login, which directed me to another domain, then after I typed in my username and password, they redirected me to this server: http://81.29.193.60. And that's where everything just stops working.

At first I thought it was a flash problem, but the 'loading' animation turns out to be just a gif. I don't think the server is sending through any data at all.
I tried doing the same with Firefox/Chrome/Safari on my mac, and did the same with IE on my dad's PC that's wirelessly hooked to the same network. Not a single time it seemed to be loading anything at all. I tried accessing the website again on my macbook pro at a library AND a local coffee shop. Still no dice. I cleared all my cache and deleted all my cookies on Firefox but it still won't load. I'm not ruling out the possibility that there's a glitch with the website, but it's just bizarre that my classmate had no problems whatsoever and it never once worked for me, when I've already confirmed with the office that I should be able to access it with my login and all.
Is there anyway I could test it out further to uncover what the real problem is? Any suggestions what I should do next? This is fairly important to me so I would greatly appreciate it if you guys can help me out! Thanks! :)
