Cannot connect to a specific Access Point

hey guys, so the problem has been resolved, one of the IT got back to me by email, asking for my MAC address, after giving it to him, the problem was that they blocked my address from the access point because I was using up too much bandwith, or just a lot of downloading. which finally makes it clear, after downloading the entire ARMA 2 games and DayZ. I sent him an email back asking what the typical use would be before I get flagged, and the response was 1-2 gigs

so there you have it, he unblocked me, however gave me a minor warning. so I guess i'll just keep switching from my ALFA and my actually wireless adapter from time to time to stay random or something.
