I have a Cisco WS-C3560X-24T-L switch that will not boot. I power it on, and the SYST Led will turn green and all the other LEDs will briefly turn amber and then turn off. The SYST Led stays green. With a laptop connected to the console port, I never see anything happen. If I leave the switch powered off for over 5 minutes or so, it will then power on and boot. It seems to run fine, but if I try to reload manually, I have the problem mentioned above. Any thoughts?
