WAN and LAN conflict problem

I have a small network running at home which comprises of 5 routers.
the first one is a tp link TL-WR740N which is connected to my adsl modem and is configured as the DHCP server.

the second one is an netis WF2419 running as a repeater with dhcp disabled and a static ip

the third is a dir-505 running as a repeater again with dhcp disabled and a static ip

the fourth is an tp link TL-WR740N running as a wireless bridge with dhcp disabled and a static ip

the fifth is a netgear wgr614v9 running with dhcp enabled and connected to the wireless bridge through the lan port and connected to the wan port of the netgear router

my problem is the internet is working fine but when I try to access my server which is connected to the very first tp link router it is not detected..

is it because of the ip allocation where all devices connected to the netgear are assigned 192.168.1 series
and the ones to the other devices are 192.168.0 series..

if I change the netgear to dhcp disabled and assign 192.168.0 series in the static ip it doesn't work

any help would be appreciated
