PC won't conect to internet, laptop however does

Hello,

I have some troubles connecting my PC to the internet. First everything worked like a charm, but now I can't even connect to my router. The wireless card I was using was old so I replaced it, but I still keep the same problem. I have uninstalled the old one and the new one, but still the same problem. Sometimes it connects but the internet is very slow, and my laptop who is right next to it has full speed. Tried to make a bridge connection from the laptop to pc and it worked except for the IP conflict and now i can't even do that anymore.

I already checked ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew but it say media disconnected.
