broadcast packet HELP!!!

I am using Kermit-95 software to connect to a Medics II system located at a co-location facility via a site-to-site VPN between my office and co-lo.

The problem I am having throughout my office is that anyone using Kermit-95 constantly gets timed-out of the system at exactly 15 minutes.

I read on-line somewhere about disabling NetBios so I did so on my PC and did not solve the problem.

At these moments I do see the following message in my Sonicwall log:

2 01/30/2014 11:52:32.944 Broadcast packet dropped 192.168.168.56, 0, LAN 192.168.168.255, 46928, LAN Protocol:137
