We are trying a new system from our cable provider it deals with the internet, cable and phone, it is the arris media gateway 5 series, we also have a good net gear router that has a more powerful signal net gear n600-wifi router they are connected together via Ethernet cord, in the primary ports, the Xbox is connected directly to the router via Ethernet. It's saying that it can not resolve DNS server or something along those lines. I believe I turned off any broadcasting the gateway would produce, so it would not interfere with the router, however i now have to power cycle about every 24hrs to maintain a signal
