Unable to connect to Internet via wireless or cable. Need to reinstall. Msvcr80.dll??

Hello

I would appreciate some guidance on the following issue, I can not see any wireless networks to connect to and my cable connection doesn't work either. But the Internet is working for other devices - problem with my Advent laptop.

It is something to do with msvcr80.dll not being found?
Oops I also uninstalled isa tap adaptor 2under network adapters and now can't see it to reinstall.

I have read the forums and can supply the following information but please note I am simply following instructions and am rather in the dark about what is going on!

I have taken a systems screen shot on my iPad but only seem to be able to load one pic.
Running windows vista home premium and am getting a slow log in with a lack screen.


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
