LG 60LA8600 Wireless TV not connecting to DLink about DIR-825 Network

Dear Sir or Madam
I have tried connecting on this Windows XP SP3 PC and on a Windows 7 Ult 64 Bit System which are both on the network.
The Sysinfo for the XP system is pasted below. I have also written to LG about this problem and all they seem to want to do is service the TV (less then a week old) telling me that this is not normal. I used to use a program called Network Magic which would allow me to easily turn off the router security, add a new device and then close the security (WPA). It has long been discontinued. I set this network up years ago but I am still clueless about the settings and terminolgy. All I remember from setting the netwok up, is that it was pure hell!
There are three computers on the network Windows XP PC, Windows Vista Laptop, Windows 7 Ult 64 Bit,a Canon MX680 Wireless printer connected to a UBee Cable modem, using Time Warner Cable Broadband. All these other devices work fine with the router and modem.

This TV is 60 inches, huge and heavy, was hell to transport and setup so I really don't want to go through any servicing except as a very last resort.

Thank You
Let me know what information you need and I will try to get it. I did not see a way to attach two picture files that I sent to DLink.

I tried:Enable Multicast Streams. Go to Advanced---Advanced Network--check Enable Multicast Streams. SAVE settings and try again
Enabling Multicast Streams made no difference. I still keep getting "Network is not Connected" when I try to connect through the TV network settings. How can I finally connect , I can't test any of the Smart Features of this TV without connecting to the web.

How exactly do you sign in to you router settings. I had to do a lot of searching around to find the main the router settings screen?

Both network names are listed on the TV Connect to network screen but I can't connect with either one.
Data network name (SSID): Wireless: MAC DIR-825 Network 2
Media network name (SSID):Wireless: MAC DIR-825 Network 5
Network Security Type Most secure (WPA)

Next to each Network name there is a yellow closed lock, a picture of a router and the connect bars (all bars full for my two network names).

The TV Setup asks for the Security key which I type in (My Soc Sec Number)
It will not accept my Security key 9 numbers or password (10 alpha numeric characters)
This information is in the Quick Router Setup Screen from Network Magic (a discontinued program).
Can you suggest an easy to use program similar to Network Magic that I can use? This program is what I used in the past to easily allow new devices into the network by opening the security.
Most of the network setting and terms are Greek to me.

See the attached photos of the LG LA8600 Connect Screen.

Thank You
Have a Nice Weekend
