Have you tried a PC connected to the cable the TV is using
I would suggest its
a) cable
b) Router port for cable
c) An issue with the cable section on the router
Assuming all other devices are connected by wireless to the same router and working perfectly
But on wireless you have a few other signals on channel 6 which can cause interference issues - so i would log into the router and change the wireless channel setting to use channel 1 or 11
