Download Speed Stops But Connection Seems Fine.

The PC is connected directly to the modem, no router. I'll try pulling my old laptop out of hibernation and connecting it to the modem and see if that works. My phone seems to be working ok, but I admittedly don't use it very often at home for browsing, so I'll try that as well. I'll report back, later tonight.

If anyone else has a suggestion that I could try as well, please feel free - though I'm hoping it's as simple as replacing the ethernet cable!
