Yes. Sorry. I forgot about the dynamic public IP issue. You can address this by using a dynamic DNS service like DynDNS. You'll have to run a client behind the 3G modem/router. The client will periodically update the dynamic DNS service with the public IP. Then you can use whatever hostname you've registered with the dynamic DNS service.
