I thought as much, but I wanted to get confirmation. Ran a test using the first link and wound up with a ping of 42ms, download speed of 1.29Mbps, upload speed of 0.32Mbps. The closest server is not terribly far either, roughly 60-65 miles away from the home location.
Are the line and quality tests something that requires a technician to come out to the home? Current residence is an apartment building, which makes it difficult to do that sort of thing. I know they claim to have done such tests when I've called their tech support line before, but I've no idea if that's actually true or if it's merely something they claim to keep customers happy when there's technical issues.
