Internet is connected, but nothing works

This issue seems to have happen rather erratically but it seems to be at it's "best" in the early afternoon and almost never works deep into the evening.

The requested screenshots are attached. Also, these screenshots were taken on a separate mac computer as I can't access the modem/router settings on the large computer.
