It looks good. I might connect the nas to switch one, it might cut down on the traffic to the router some. And maybe the wireless AP and the voip directly to the router. If you have the inet bandwidth it probably wouldn't matter, but if the voip sometimes crackles or cuts out it would probably be better connected to the router with QOS enabled. Just my two cents.
