I don't see the ATK0110 ACPI Utility being relevant to the network problem, but cannot ignore it totally since it relates to power and if it is wrongly cutting the power to the wireless that obviously would be an issue.
I don't know anything about Spyware Guard. Suggest that you uninstall it at least temporarily to see if it is causing any trouble.
It's pretty universally agreed that Windows Defender in Vista and 7 is lame, and should not be used. After that everybody has their own ideas of what security software to use. I find the Windows firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials to be satisfactory for me.
