extreme high pings at intervals, random disconnections, dns name : domain invalid?

So ive been experiencing very high pings since the start of this year at (seemingly) random times. Ive been thinking it might be my provider, but recently found that my windows (8) taskmanager showed under the performance tab that the DNS name displayed as domain.invalid

I remember that i tried to fix this issue before and made some changes to my ipv4 adress: ( since my internet also disconnects completely for about a minute or so for up to even 6 or more times per hour.
my ipv6 adress looks totally random (ff:00e250 smt like this) i dont know if this is relevant or related but perhaps someone can help me out here.
