'netsh wlan start hostednetwork'
and you can set the SSID and Password through the command
' netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid="YouSSID" key="YourPassword" keyUsage=persistent ' [No quotes on any of them; password must be longer than 8 characters]
Afterwards, simply find the access point on your mobile phone and connect to it. However, TerryNet's way is much easier alternative.
