did you try one of your PCs with his internet
Whats the make and model of your router , is the modem a separate device ? if so whats the make and model
What other PCs do you have and what windows version are they running
how are you connected to the router wireless or by cable
is the modem connected to the main telephone socket in the house or on an extension ?
do you have ADSL filters installed on each socket or just one to the main house - UK uses separate filters or now the sockets have ADSL filters included
You IP suggests you are in Australia - is that correct - i dont know the phone system there
