Hi everyone,
this is my problem: My laptop is connected to the router but when I try to open any website it says "Website not available.". On other laptops and on my phone the WiFi works just as usually.
What happened before: I tried to solve some other problems on my laptop. I run the Ccleaner, Malwarebytes and deinstalled a few programs, as far as I remember it was mainly Yahoo stuff.
What I have tried so far: Turned my internet off and back on. And even disconnected and reconnected that way that I had to type the password in again. Trouble-shooting says that there is a "problem with the wireless adapter or the access point" but it also says that it is solved then. And after another trouble-shooting "The problem could not be identified.". I've done a system restore. I tried ipconfig/release , ipconfig/renew and ipconfig/flushdns. Nothing changed.
Please don´t only advice me WHAT to do but also HOW to do it. Make it as foolproof as possible, please. Thanks in advance!
