If the cameras are IP capable and connected to your router then it may be possible for you to get a static IP address for your internet connection. You should then be able to dial into your router from the internet and access the cameras.
However this is rare. I have a couple of such cameras, but they are not cheap and are for indoor/home use not professional use.
