Ah. No I had not, I had called several times to see what could happen but none of them addressed the MAC issue. I'll need to check that out next time and let them know.
Yes, that is correct, the auto set up specifically set it to PPPoE. From what I could see, it did everything accurately when I read up on how to manually set it up.
So I'll see about registering the MAC address. Thats most likely the issue. Though, they say it isn't supported. This only means they can't change any settings should I need them too.
