For the past long while, I have had latency spikes where my ping would be at a standard resting point of 80-100, then will jump up hundreds, most recently to 300-500, then it slowly recedes, before spiking again. I believe that the issue might be with my network card. My SysInfo is below, any help that could be provided would be much appreciated.
