Ping Spikes Issue

Hi, for about 1/2 months now I have been getting ping spikes while playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2 and Rust. I would go from about 50/60ms to 400ms then would decline back to 50/60 every 20 or so seconds. I would appreciate any help possible. Please do not recommend moving my computer or getting a wired connection.

I use a B-LINK wireless dongle, and I also use the BT Home Hub 5.
