Computer speed is one thing.
Slow loading of webpages is another thing.
The first is more important than the second.
Slow loading of webpages usually occurs for 4 reasons:
1. There are too many toolbars, plug-ins, etc. enabled in the browser.
2. Your ISP has a slow internet connection.
3. There is heavy traffic at a webpage site.
4. The webpage is loaded with multimedia content.

According to your HiJackThis log, there are still a lot of startup entries and service entries auto-loading and running in the background.
This is possibly contributing to the internet issue, but I don't know for sure because your computer is using a lot of programs and extras that I don't use or am not familiar with.
