Novell Mapping Issue

A problem has developed just this week on our Novell network. Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers running Novell Client 2 SP3 has decided not to map the network drives on initial windows system boot. This is an example of the messages that I am getting:

LOGIN-LGNWNT32-100: Access has been denied.
Your current context is [Root]
User: TrentB Context: Main
Your current tree is: WMPRESS
You are attached to server SERVER2.
LOGIN-LGNWNT32-430: The following drive mapping operation could not be completed.
[INS S15:=SYS:PUBLIC]
The error code was c00000bb.

I get the highlighted message with every mapping I attempt.

If I initially attempt to logon and I get the errors, if I wait 4 or 5 minutes and attempt the logon processes again the mappings will connect and all is well.

What is confusing is that no changes have been made to the Novell server within the last 2 weeks. We have 100 licenses and are only using about 70. The problem is limited, at this point to Windows 7 and 8. XP is not affected.

Reloading the client does not seem to help. Changing the login order from Novell/Windows to Windows/Novell does not correct the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Since we are in the process of upgrading from XP to 8.1, at this point this is a show stopper until I figure this out.
