Hi, I entered netstat -abf 5 > activity.txt like it says here, after which the Command Prompt just kept repeating line after line: "x: Windows Sockets initialization failed: 5". My subsequent research led me to download this Microsoft Fix it tool which turned out to be a dud and worthless (as all these "Microsoft Fix it" tools are) as it did nothing. So I downloaded CurrPorts.
I have 2 questions:
1) How do I uninstall the Microsoft Fix it worthless dud from my computer?
2) Is anyone familiar with the logs that the Command Prompt created activity.txt log produces, and does it contain private information, since if it doesn't I'd like to paste it here so someone familiar can analyze it and tell me if everything going on there is okay. And the same with the results from CurrPorts.
