AVG Killed my internet connection

you could create a restore point as of NOW as it works (Note you will lose restore points when the allocated space is used up, so you may want to increase that size allocation temporarily )
then now you ipv4 and ipv6 - can you remove the AVG part
or run the uninstall tool again
or ignore
and see if it runs OK
