you will need to use another working pc to download the driver and then copy across to the non working PC
If you cannot access the internet with this PC, then you will need to copy the driver across to the faulty PC
using a working PC - save the file to a USB flash drive or other removable media. Plug it into the non working computer and copy the file and install the driver
