Slow Internet

Still really slow. It isn't just pages loading. Once they are loaded, sometimes it takes a few seconds between the time that I type something and when the letter actually shows on my screen.

But I noticed something just now. When I call up my Windows Task Manager, my PF Usage shows as 1.52 GB.

I don't know what this means, but it seems like a huge number to me. Does that sound normal? If not, could this be the problem, and do you know how to remedy it?
