Internet running slow on one laptop at home but not on public wi-fi

Lately I've been having a problem with my laptop. The internet at home runs very slowly on it. I've tried the home wifi and I've tried direct...still slow. We have several laptops that we've tested and this problem only happens on my laptop and only at home. I've recently tested my laptop on several free public wifi connections and it runs great.

I've tried deleting the home connection and starting over but that hasn't worked either.
