You also need to assign a static IP address on the PC, and manually enter the gateway and DNS which is your router's IP address, so that IP does not change and break the port forwarding. The IP address you assign to the computer should be outside of the DHCP range of the router to avoid conflicts. Then you enter that IP address you set for the PC into the port forwarding configuration of the router. Right now you forwarding the port to the router since you entered in the router's IP address which is incorrect.
