Ralink RT5390R not connecting to cisco aironet access point

Hi,

I have been trying for weeks to get 4 new staff laptops connected to my workplace access point. It is a cisco aironet access point. The computers have a Ralink RT5390R wireless card. Are they not compatible? The laptop connects to my other wireless devices just fine. Thank you so much in advance!
