Can't connect to my home network

Can you post the results from ipconfig /all.

Press the Windows Key + R, in the Run open field type: cmd /k ipconfig /all press enter or ok.
To copy the information, right click in the command prompt and click on "Select All" then press enter.
Then paste the results back in this thread.
