Is it possible to combine 2 internet connections for faster speed?

Hi, we may be able to improve your performance with a little bit of tweaking, please go to start, search and type:- cmd right click on the returned cmd.exe and select "run as administrator" a command prompt will open copy paste all below in red:-

netsh int tcp show global > 0 & notepad 0 Press enter, please inform us if you see any reference to "windows scaling heuristics"

Copy paste the notepad outcome here..
