Hello all!
If you have a Windows 8 machine and for some reason the network card has been disabled via control panel, please can you let me know? I have had a few people call in with this issue today which is a little concerning. The only other commonality between the customers is that the machine brand is HP. It did happen on both desktop and laptop machines, and the NIC that was disabled was the active one. (so both Ethernet and Wireless).
I am trying to track this to see if it was a Windows 8 update that caused this.
