Based on your requirements to also have wireless access for devices in your studio, you need to have a specific wireless mesh setup. DO NOT use any wireless extender/mesh which solely operates on 2.4 GHz. This wireless device is using the same 2.4 GHz radio to create the back haul to your house and also servicing wireless clients at the studio. The more wireless clients you add at the studio, the worse the performance will be. The drop off in performance can be dramatic with each wireless client connected to the network.

You need to use a dual band/radio setup. The method used in commercial implementations is to have the 5GHz radio serve as the mesh back haul and the 2.4 GHz radio for client connections. 5 GHz is used due to more available channels and less chances of ambient interference.
