I think this has been happening since I upgraded to windows 8.1, back in October/November (which is around where this problem started). It's WiFi internet.
I can connect to the internet just fine, speeds are normal, all that good stuff. But when I'm connecting to a new network it takes forever (and "Connecting to the network is taking longer than usual" comes up) and it comes up with "The connection is limited."
The most annoying part is that this happens between four DIFFERENT connections in 2 countries. So. I need this issue solved, it takes forever to connect to the internet if I disconnect for any reason, My phone connects to the WiFi just fine, so it's not a WiFi issue. Even connecting to the WiFi with an ethernet cable doesn't work.
