Double NAT

I have a simple network that only contains one home pc and several gaming consoles. The network is through Verizon and we use the router that was given to us years ago. Its a Westell 327W modem/router. About four months ago several of my friends asked me to set up a minecraft server which requires the port 25565 to be forwarded. I did this successfully, and the server worked well for the few weeks that we played it.

However, now we would like to play again, but my external ip cannot be reached on any port. I know how to port forward, my firewall has not changed, plus i checked it. Nothing at all has changed about my network besides the addition of a ps4 since then. Now no matter how much time I spend trying to figure this out, I cannot be reached by other PCs.

The confusing thing is that I am getting an error that more than one device is performing NAT, which makes no sense because from what I have read up on, this only occurs when there is a separate modem and router or multiple pcs. Mine however is both a router and a modem, and they cannot be accessed separately.

I am running on windows 7.

Any solution at all after about 10 hours of trying to figure this out would be greatly appreciated.
