Power it down, wait 5 minutes then power it up.
Can you get into the setup and is DHCP now working?
If not, you can try resetting it to factory conditions. After you do that, the first thing you want to do is change the default ssid and type in a new password.
If neither works, it could be that the router from 2009 has died.
