there might be a problem with the driver for the local area connection adapter

1st Go back into the device manager and right click on the realtek controller, select uninstall. Once uninstalled click on Action in the menu bar and select “Scan for hardware changes”. This will re-install the adapter.


2nd If you can go back into command prompt and run the following command
ipconfig /all (press enter)
