Solved:LAN computer cannot connect to another computer

I work in an animal hospital, and we are set up on a domain with one PC hosting our practice management software, along with various files that need to be accessed hospital-wide. Our workstations are all wired in to the network, but suddenly one could not connect to the server a few days ago. The issue has continued through today, but there are no other network issues (I can connect to the internet, along with all other computers in the hospital, from said computer). Additionally, I can still access the server from all other computers in the hospital. When I try to access the server, it tells me that the computer is not authorized to access the server. No other employees would have access to change any system settings on either end of the connection, but the server did undergo some updates yesterday (Windows 8 updates I believe). Any input or hints to a resolution would be great. Let me know what information you need, and I'll provide what I can.

EDIT: I've attached a screenshot of the error message I am receiving. I am able to connect TO the workstation from all other computers, along with the server, a fact I realized I did not initially include.

After extensive digging, I found it had created a false Windows credential that was causing the issue. Removing the credential resolved the issue.
