Downstream Bonded Channels - cox cable

I have a Motorola SBG6580 connected to Cox (phoenix metro area)

Firmware is SBG6580-3.5.8.4-GA-00-505-NOSH

I am seeing a lot of Uncorrectables (and correctables) as the frequency rises and power drops. Is this normal???

I am just starting my CCNA wireless (after becoming CCNP RnS) so the terms are not completely foreign, but I am not an expert (yet ;)

I called cox and they said everything is good - ".....the system is not displaying issues affecting the
service in your area, also the modem readings on the service signal are over optimal levels....."

My internet works, but being a network engineer, I don't like these types of errors!

Any help would be appreciated.
