For the past 3 months or so I've been having this really weird issue (or maybe 2 separate issues, not sure) involving my computer disconnecting from the internet.
I've already determined it's my computer and not a problem with the router/modem because it happens with any network connection and every time another computer is connected to the same connection as mine, that computer has no problems.
So the actual symptoms of this issue are 2 main things:
The first is whenever I open my laptop, 9/10 times it's disconnected from the internet and I have to run troubleshooting 1 or 2 times for it to work again, but this only happens when I first open my laptop, not while using it.
The second is whenever I'm using the internet, I'll randomly lose internet connection (but still be connected to the wireless), and I have to disconnect from the wireless and then reconnect for it to work. This happens most frequently when I'm watching videos on youtube or running separate programs that involve the internet, but it has also happened less frequently when browsing websites. This issue occurs, if I'm actively using the internet, once every 5~10 minutes.
For the most part I've been living with it, but it's really annoying and if I can find a way to fix it that would be great.
Also I followed the instructions for the TSG SysInfo and here's the result:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
