VPS - no setup required

So I've been trying to setup my own vps with linux for days now, doing research etc and I just don't have enough understanding of what I need to do. So instead I'm looking for a vps that is fully setup with the desktop so I can just launch it and click on my browser and do what I need to do. Does anyone know any? Needs to have hourly billing. The operating system doesn't matter, all it needs to be able to do is:

1. able to run java programs
2. hourly billing
