Are the printers using DHCP to get their addresses or are they set to a specific address?
Are the printers connecting through some kind of router? If so, is it a wireless or wired connection? What is the brand and model number of the router? Does the router have a web browser interface that you can access with a computer?
Are the printers in some kind of commercial environment? If so are they part of some kind of Food Sales or Management system?
